Default wow, didn't know most of mountain view sits on toxic sites.

buddy was looking at some new homes and was told for all new home sites for the past 10 years... all the land acquired have all been built on superfund sites where toxic chemicals are in the ground.

makes me wonder why so many want to live in mountain view.

Default "some" not "most"

that development right off 101 and rangstroff is probably the most infamous at the moment.

Default yeap! ;)

gf looked to buy one of those...then we saw it was a superfund thanks to Stefano's quick research of the development;

then ran it by Brooks/luckboox gamboler on here (mortgage broker), and said h3llz no! and we took back the deposit.

yay for community!
