well, I think even YOU have to agree on two of the facts...
1) kid was high on drugs, he admitted it himself
2) he was driving.
Those are two COMLETELY undisputable and unopinionated facts, even by you, sir. And those two facts are enough to put this kid in the wrong, accident or not.

alright fine, I retract those two points I made earlier... how about this:
He went into an intersection and killed two people.
THAT is undisputable, and still just as wrong as if he did it while on "a couple joints of pot," fair enough?

The kid was on drugs when he arrived at the hospital... the hospital attendants prob gave him more
Do you think you'd get a coherant statement out of him under those conditions?
