Default Pesto? like pasta sauce? I know they grow mold really easily.

lots of pestos include those, and too many can really mess with your digestion.

Default no, not in the one I just ate, but in about 15-20 minutes, I'll be hurting...

I love it too much. I don't eat a lot, maybe like 2-3 tbsp on a serving, but still.

Maybe it's the oil.

Default I have no clue, but I've had just about every kind of pasta sauce go bad on me.

You have to be very careful about contamination (no used spoons, store in fridge, etc). Normally I try to use the entire bottle at once.

It might be the tomato in the sauce and the fact that it's soft and 'mushy' so it's a perfect bacteria breeding ground (lots of nutrients).

or most food, for that matter
