Default Mailing BT: have a First Class stamp with an American flag on a beige background...

...says 2007 on the flag pole, but there is no price.

Is this a 'forever stamp', or do I need more postage?

Thanks!

Default But is this a forever stamp?

No price, but it does say 2007.

If it has no price, is it a forever stamp?

Default Update: it is worth 41 cents according to the USPS web site...

...so I put a 1 cent stamp on it.

Default Even if its a 41 cent stamp?

I see there are stamps that have 'forever' on them, this ones does not.

Not arguing, just trying to clarify.

Default Forever stamps say "USA First Class Forever" and have the Liberty Bell on them.

Default If it's a forever stamp, then yes. You said you found it on USPS' website, it should answer that

question.

Default Not really. Says it costs 41 cents, but not sure if not having a value...

...on the stamp makes it a forever stamp - why would you not price the stamp?

Default I believe they were printed in anticipation of a rate increase but they didn't know what the new

rate was going to be so they didn't put a number on the stamp. This is in part why they decided to produce a Forever stamp.
