My nephew had his car stolen in Philadelphia yesterday and I realized that even though I can find a lost phone I have no easy way to find a lost car. There are APPs that remind you where you parked or expensive services like onstar where you pay monthly but not a lot of choices to track down your car. I saw some GPS tracking products on Amazon but the reviews complained about battery life and they need a SIM card and prepay service. I could do a prepay service that you activate when you need it but its not ideal. Wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem.
