2001 A4 Passenger Headlight with Ballast. 8D0941004AR $100 shipped.
It appears that this one had a xenon bulb break at some point and the plug melted a little. It works fine though. No broken tabs. Some pitting in the lens but otherwise it's clear. A 3M headlight kit would make it perfect.
