I have this car listed in the Vehicles For Sale threads. Also wanted to post in Parts For Sale because I am considering the option of parting her out as well. I'm selling my 2001 Audi Allroad 2.7t V6 Biturbo with front-end damage. This car is loaded with all the options: Leather interior in excellent condition, front and REAR heated seats (yes, REAR heated seats!), ride height push button adjustable suspension, 5-speed Tiptronic automatic with shift buttons on the steering wheel, and...the same powertrain as the S4. Google "2001 Allroad Motorweek" for a great article run by Motorweek. Car still runs and drives. Interior is in great condition. I have tons of paperwork on the car and thousands of dollars of maintenance records. Make me an offer! If you want more info I am happy to provide.
