Up for sale is a mint 16gb original ipad mini (ie non-retina). Not a scratch on it, always used with a case that is included. Loaded with ios8 and I can jailbreak it if needed as well.
You definitely want the 4g version over wifi (even if you don't want a plan), as it comes with GPS hardware.
