Upgrade your B5 to S4 spec with this unique bolt in stress bar.

The Bauhaus Engineering B5 stress bar eliminates the old problem of trying to fit the Audi C5 chassis stress bar into the B5 chassis with A/C. The A/C prevented a proper installation due to interference between the stress bar and the low side A/C line in the cowl. With the redesigned passenger side bracket, the bar now BOLTS-IN without overstressing the rigid aluminum line. Both bolts can be installed (vs. only 1), are accessible and do not rub holes in the line over time.

Tig welded and jig aligned for proper fitment:
Kit includes ready to paint modified C5 brackets, C5 stress bar and hardware. Installation takes 20 minutes or less and does not require battery removal. If you prefer, the additional firewall bolt requires battery removal and drilling an 11/32 hole for a complete replication of the factory mounting.
