Regarding the trim removal tool, any trim removal tool would work but if you are only looking to remove the trunk light, I would say save a few bucks and use a small flat head screwdriver. The trunk liner is quite soft and the light is fitted quite loosely so it's fairly easy to remove. However if you are thinking of removing other interior panels down the road, I would invest in a set of trim removal tools. Any generic one will do
