Recently purchased S5 and starting the performance upgrade process.. Looking for recommendations from others who have been down the road before me..

1: Exhaust : system manufacturers ? cat back or go all the way with high flow cats ( recognized gains either way ) ?

2: Intake systems ?

3: Intercoolers APR ? or AWE ? any others ?

4: ECU and TCU APR ? AWE ? any others?

5: Suspension Springs? Adjustable Coilovers? etc etc .. Manufacturers?

Plans for car are to keep it streetable , attend some track day events , have some buddies who do some roadcourse club racing.. etc etc..

I appreciate anyone who could pass along their recommendations and knowledge ,,
