I have a a4 3.0 B6 model Manual 6speed
To Flywheel or not that is the question?
Symptoms Are:1. Heavy vibration shaking constantly. Doesn’t matter if the car is moving or not.2.Car does NOT have a significant loss of power. 3.Car is extreme difficulty shifting into gear especially when moving ie. 2nd gear, 3rd etc.
4.Up until about 2 weeks ago car running good.
My guess was and I repaired: 1.Engine mounts 2.Checked all vacuum lines including air filter and mass airflow sensor. All checked and appear to be fine.Nothings improved the prob.
I do plan on changing all the coils once again (just to rule out).I know it may be impossible until flywheels off the car to determine for sure if its bad, doing that I also figured clutch kit at the same time. Before I get started take the chance of this still not correcting problem is there anything else I should check?
Any extra insight before I dive into this project would be appreciated.
