Tuning Compremise Longevity?
If I take my A6 to stage 2 possibly 3. Will the car die in a year? I baby my car with tune ups and quality products. But iwant to free it from stock limitations.but does doing so kill the car faster? It will be a shop tune since I know alot about cars but nada about tunning to make sure it's all done right. And I will still keep up my maintanance. And I won't always be hard on the pedals.

Nobody can accurately answer the question given the number of variables. However, when asking for more work from a machine, it's going to shorten the lifespan. I don't know how much you can worry about stuff like this. It's likely to take out the auto trans before harming the engine.
I would try to look at the max torque rating for the gearbox and compare that to the tune you are considering, Pyro.

Well if I hit stage 3 I'm going to have the entire engine, trans and drivetrain beefed up. But from what I understand stage 2 is basically intake exhaust and a chip right? Then stage 3 is bigger turbo's and what not.
