I'm hoping you can assist me as I am having trouble.


I have recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q3 with the MMI Navigation System (Technik Package) and I have a Samsung S5.


When I connect my phone to the Bluetooth of the car, all of my contacts are transferred across and are visible through the Dash Menu, however in the Centre Console under Director (Contacts) it shows as little Email Symbols.


I have read in some articles that some of the Apps on the phone (Email / LinkedIn and other) will Sync contacts to Bluetooth devices which I have now disabled all of these. I have since removed the device from the car and re-connected again but the display shows the same. The dash menu shows perfectly, but the centre console doesn't.


Has anyone had this problem before, and if so could you assist in the best method in fixing this.
