Odd sound coming from rear of car upon start-up

Odd sound coming from rear of car upon start-up
Hi - I'm hoping someone can help me identify what's causing the noise in my 2015 Q3.
It's a sort of 'whining'/'humming' noise that cycles (higher pitch to lower pitch) when I start the engine. To me it seems like it's coming from the rear of the car. It happens maybe 80% of the time, and it happens when the engine is cold or warm and last for a minute or so after starting the engine. Also, the noise starts before the car moves. I would say the issue was first noticed shortly after the car was purchased earlier this year, but it didn't make the noise the one time I was able to make it to a service center. So I'm trying to gather more info for my next visit to the dealer.
I was able to make a recording if that helps. You have to be in a quiet environment though and crank up the volume to be able to hear it.

Would appreciate any help. From searching these forums I've found some posts that seem similar and suggested a potential secondary airpump issue (although that supposedly would be coming from the front of the car) or a fuel pump problem.
