Tilting mirror on reverse
Hi
Is it possible to have the passanger mirror tilt to curb view when Reverse selected? I have a Q3 that has a mirror selector to tilt, No memory seats and Only manual folding mirrors - is it possible for auto mirror tilt with these specifications please?
cheers

If you have a mirror adjustment switch, Audi usually will tilt the right mirror down, in reverse, when you have the mirror adjustment switch selected for the right mirror.

Hi, I've tried by placing the car with hand brake on, switching the mirror on passenger side, titling the mirror and the placing in park mode. When I place in drive mode and drive away, the mirror remains in tilted position. Am I missing a step?

hiten - from your comments it seems to me that you do not have an automatically titling mirror system. On my A6 if I select the right side mirror (passenger side in the US) and put the car in reverse it automatically tilts down, then when I move forward at over 7 or 8 mph the mirror tilts back up to the normal position. It has this speed dependent lag in returning to normal in case one is maneuvering in a parking space at the curb and you go, forward, then back, forward again, etc. It only tilts back up when it knows you are done fiddling about at the curb.
