Hi, I was following this post because I am interested in retrofitting the 4 piston Brembo brakes on my 2012 Audi A6. I have the stock 345mmx30mm discs with the floating 1 piston brake caliper. I do not like either, the brake performance nor the pedal feel.
Does the pedal feel improve with the new 4p Brembo?
Does the brake performance improve?
Did anyone try it together with metal braided Teflon (PTFE) brake houses?
I am undecided if I should upgrade to the Brembo 4p with stock rotors or to the 2 piston floating caliper from the 3.0TFSI in combination with the 356mmx34mm two piece (AL+cast iron) discs from the A8 4H.
The Brembo would safe app. 3,7kg / each and the 3.0TFSI/A8 solution would be a match
terms of weight.
Thank's
