Default O2 codes after cat delete and 034 Motorsport tune

I recently installed some CTS castles downpipes on my B8.5 SQ5 along with 034 Motorsports stage 2 tune. I knew the check engine light was going to pop on so I ordered some O2 spacers and no material what I do I can’t get that light off which means I won’t pass emissions. Let me also say that I’m glad I took the cats off because after looking at them they were on the way out for sure. I’m also not happy at all with the sound as it raspy as hell. I don’t know what to do as I read somewhere else that people who have downloaded the 034 tune had problems getting that light off? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

If you deleted the cats, you won't pass emissions no matter what you try to clear the CEL.

In Wisconsin they don’t do a sniff test. If it’s not possible to get rid of the check engine light then why are guys putting O2 adaptors in to trick the ECU?

The usual method for performing an emissions test is to connect to the OBD-II connector and run thru the computerize test. If you install O2 sensors in the emission system there won't be any readings provided by these sensors to the ECM. And why would you not re-install new cats to maintain the emission system in your Audi? If your car is inspected by anyone and notices the missing cats, you will have a major problem to deal with, especially if your ever attempt to sell the car. IMHO, not worth the risk or increasing the environmental impact in your state.
