This car is below market value at my dealer..is it worth picking up while this scandal is unfolding with the diesel engines?

39,000 for a 2014, loaded, with 27,000 miles.
I'd want to go down even more in price. Theres only one diesel though at the dealer though

its a premium plus. I think I can get them to go lower, but Ive always wanted the diesel engine. I currently have a 2011 2.0L

I would try to get it $2500 cheaper. I'm seeing them for less on AutoTrader.

You can buy a prestige for that price. I always search within 500 miles, but I'm willing to travel.
