My understanding is that is a new Audi color. It looks to be a little bit like the custom color Bentley Silver Lake Blue that has been special ordered on a few Audi's. My wife is excited about this new color and we will likely order one as soon as the pricing and the actual color chip are available.

+1. The manufacturer gaming reason is...
for Audi to qualify it as a small truck/SUV and play the CAFE fuel economy standards system (looser for trucks/SUV's still), it has to be a minimum "truck" ride height. Subaru did the same thing a few years ago more blatantly when it jacked up its wagons a few inches. Pretty standard industry gaming of the rules.
Thus, no lower ride height. It might work if it were adjustable and the baseline setting at or above truck height--I think it's 7 or 8"--a la some of the more expensive "SUV" rides, but of course no such equipment on a Q5.

Two summer tire options for the 3.0 are the 20 inch 5 arm design (currently offered for 2014) and titanium finish 20 inch 5V spoke design. Has anyone seen these titanium's on a Q5? Any pics?
thanks
