I was given the audi standard roof rack with the car although I thought they were an option...

Has anyone got any pics or have they put them on ?

My new 2016 Q5 3.0T (here in Canada) also came with the cross bars and universal "Ikea like" instructions - in the original cardboard container. I also received a cargo net to separate passengers from the cargo area.

Yep, on my first Q5 I opened the trunk, saw the bars, saw the wrench, put the bars on the roof, fit the wrench in the only place it would go and what do you know...the bars were installed in 5 minutes without instructions....

Took me 5.1 seconds. :-)

I started my timer and then had to go out to the outdoor kitchen, get an IPA and drink it and then I opened the hatch and grabbed the crossbars.....

If I factor out the beer run, it took me 4.9 seconds
