That looks a lot like the rendering of the upcoming '16 Q7 in C&D's July issue. Personally, I'd like to see a much more edgy and aggressive design on the next gen Q5, so I'm all for it.

I'm thinking more like the Evoque and the new products RR is working on, not the cartoonish NX with all those odd and swooping lines that'll look dated quickly. All subjective, though.

I'm not a fan of all of the lines and angles either - Especially the over the top grill and front end. That being said, Lexus will sell a lot of them. The segment is still real hot.

Let me clarify my statement above...
I kind of like the design, but the nose just appears way too tall on that Q7 concept. Perhaps if it was lower in the front, so that it wasn't so thick, it would look alright. Essentially, take out some of the dead space between the headlights and the lower vents and it would look pretty sharp.
