Audi 2015 Q5 Navigation Settings Question? .

Just came back after a brief spin and sure enough everything now functions as you stated. The online destinations read " 28 Colonial Ave,Joe's Clam House". I even managed to program a new destination using the joystick control (I hadn't performed that procedure before) and subsequently the "Delete Online Destination" once again lit up. As for the iPad, the listing appeared and I was able to delete old destinations I no longer needed. Question....the labeling procedure however can only be done on MyAudi.com correct ?
Perfect ! I couldn't be more please . I knew there had to be a labeling procedure cause after time one would forget the who the locations referred to.

However, in my case the online destination were only addresses of people, not business locales. For example "Aunt Regina, 500 Frank Blvd", so by merely putting in the address the name would not appear since it was not a business! Also being **** retentive I reversed the order of the listings so they would read name /address when they appear on my dash!

Assuming you have Aunt Regina stored in your address book, then you have two options. You can send her contact info to the car through the app and it will be automatically labeled with the contact name.
Second option if your address book is synced to your phone, then it will sync to the MMI over Bluetooth and you can just pull up Aunt Regina from the directory and navigate to her address. No need to add her to your Online Destinations. In this case you can also use voice commands and just say "Navigate to Aunt Regina".

That's of course if my phone had the address info with the number which is generally not the case. I guess I should consider that now that I can call it up on my MMI. Then again I merely have online destinations which involve places I've never been to before. What about the Internet Radio stations that my iPad app makes reference to ? Do I have to use IPad to access them in the car ?
