Just wanted to point out that if buy the projected light from ebay or amazon they will faded but if you bought it from wind&fireauto you can go to thier website and get the free logo chip replacement.

At twice the price. Not sure how they would "fade". It is an LED projecting through a film. They never seen UV, so no reason they would fade.

in the 2017 audi Q5/SQ5 order guide

the lower door trim LED display can be ordered for 2L 3L or SQ5 models

Good question. LEDs do not naturally have UV, so I am also wondering why they would fade?

I have them on for about 4 months before it starts fading. Normal use only driver side need a replacement. I think the film burn overtime since the light is very hot.
