I want to change filters and engine oil by myself, who knows what is the engine oil volume Audi Q5. Can you help me?

If you don't know the capacity then I'm assuming you don't know the type of oil to use either. I don't know either, but the owner's manual is a good place to start Also check out these threads:

LOL, that's exactly what I was thinking but I edited my post because it sounded too harsh. I change my own oil in my truck but I'm scared to touch the Audi so I let the dealer do everything. The engine bay looks alien to me compared to traditional Japanese and American cars

I forget to say i have an Audi Q5 2.0 TDi and CAHA type of engine.

I think from there you copy your answer, are you sure on 5 liters and 5.28 quarts ?
