I was going to do that, but was too late, as you have to be a member for 6 months to receive the discount.

If you buy the lifetime membership ($750), they'll waive the 6 month period. I asked ACNA last week.

You don't need the lifetime membership to get the discount, so you can save even more money just by getting a year membership, but the option is yours.

Yes exactly. That's why I didn't apply for it in December. You can only use it if you have been member for 6 months.

I'll give both the ACNA a call on Monday and see if this would work on a car coming in next month, and before I buy a lifetime membership I'll give the dealer a call and see if they will accept even though we have a price agreed upon.

I think they might do it because it looks like they get 3% kickback on the deal.

They'll honor it. They have to, otherwise I would take my business elsewhere.

Of the 6%, the dealer eats 4% and 2% comes out of AoA's pocket.
