Average price paid or should pay for 2015 Audi SQ5?
#22
I bought my '14 SQ5 in Sept. Like most here I got 6% off msrp on 64k. No regrets here. It's the most I've ever spent on a vehicle, but it's an amazing sled. After 5 months of driving the Q, I decided to sell my 05 GTO. It just wasn't the same thrill. So now the Q has a spot in the garage. I've had 5 different business cars in the driveway, while that goat sat in the garage. The Audi helped me get over that.

I don't think you have to buy anything.... Just refuse to pay msrp for the car. My Ford Dealer is a friend and tells me that it's almost impossible to make money on vehicle sales anymore, because of internet pricing. My 6% came just from the dealers internet price. At the dealership they offered 1/2 of the amount of their internet price. When I told them that... they honored it. As a business owner, I can't beat a guy up for his profit. They know you have the money, and you feel like a clown negotiating for $500 on a $60,000 car. Just buy the car. Unless you have payments that make you sick every month, you'll never regret it. I've had almost 40 vehicles, and each was a compromise in one way or another. The SQ5 is no exception to that, but if you appreciate perfection, it's pretty damn close.
