Default Brake pulse at low speeds?

Alright this was one of the issues I am currently working on. First let me give a little background on the car.

We bought a 2012 Audi Q5 2.0t Premium Plus with 117,000 miles for a pretty cheap price. The car had a check engine light on, but only had one owner and came with all records for the car. After some digging I saw the check engine light was on for a PCV valve that was not been replaced since 40,000 miles from the dealership. Since 50,000 miles (when the warranty expired) the owner learned quickly how much it costs to maintain the car and sold it. Check engine is gone and runs great.

However, when the car is backing up out of the parking spot its all great and normal until you apply the gas pedal and we feel a very slight pulse coming from the gas pedal and break pedal. Its not shaking the car like its something from the engine, but we feels more like the ABS is checking something. To me it makes me feel like the ABS is pulsing very slightly before locking the doors automatically when you reach a certain MPH. It is quite interesting and I have not had much time to look into this problem yet, but am wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

The owner before us did take it to the dealership before, but I think he didn't describe the problem right since what I saw on the paper work was "Brakes locking up" and "ABS concerns". Open to any thoughts, ideas, theories, etc etc..

The only Audi ABS issue I ever had was from the toothed ring on the rear CV axle rusting and fracturing. This caused the ABS to activate for no reason at parking lot speeds. The ABS light did not light. I did not check for codes, no VCDS at the time. I replaced both rear CV axles and that fixed it. Both were fractured. The toothed ring was not a replaceable part on that vehicle.
