Feature request
Downloaded the app, but still waiting for the hardware. Thought that I should pipe up about additional feature I hope to see:
1. Automatic gear selection display
The VAG-COM code for this is:
[02 – Auto Trans] [Adaptation – 10]
Select “Single Gear Display” from top channel drop down menu
Select “D on/S on” from New value drop down menu
2. Turn on fog lamp on the same side as turn signal
[09 – Cent. Elect.] [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 4
Bit 0 - Check the box or change :Bit 0 set to 1
3. Needle sweep on start
[17 - Instruments] [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 1
Bit 0 - Check the box for "Gauge Test/Needle Sweep active"
4. European brake light and rear turn signal pattern
Do not have VAG-COM codes. Please see this whole thread for a detailed discussion.
Thank you for your consideration!

Do you have any support for the 2015 S3? I know this is the Q5 forum, but I have both.
I'm planning to buy this for the Q5 regardless, but I was just curious.

My ELM327 device arrived today and I got to check out Carista's features. Connecting the Wifi OBD dongle to iOS was super simple and took almost no time at all. Scanning for fault codes and customizing lighting and other features was also very easy to accomplish. The only thing I felt was a drawback was that the scanning for fault codes took a little while, but is wasn't a big issue. Overall, I'm really satisfied with Carista, and I just hope some of the other features I mentioned earlier are added soon.

#2 is already available in the Android beta and will soon make it to the iOS beta and then the official releases of both apps
#3 is coming up, will be available in both betas shortly
#4: didn't know about that one, will research it.
Also, if you have the hardware device and connect to your vehicle with Carista, the app shows you the available customizations for your particular vehicle for free, BEFORE you make a purchase of the Pro Package. You only have to purchase it if you want to make changes.
