Besides the engine oil problem I've posted as a new thread, I also realized the coolant level is below the minimum line when the engine is cooled off. Running the car for around 10 minutes seems to raise the coolant level little bit, but not enough to go above the minimum level.

I've taken the car into service for 15,000 mile around 4~5 months ago. Is the coolant level fine to be below minimum level on both cooled engine and warm engine? Was 10 minutes of driving not enough to raise the coolant level to above minimum?

I thought 15,000 mile service with audi care should've taken care of coolants as well according to the maintenance guide. If the service center ignored my coolant level at the time my car went under service, I am quite disappointed unless I am not getting something right.

I plan on driving highway for around 20 minutes to make sure this isn't true...I hope it's not...

It is good to always mention things like my coolant level is low. Not only does it help to remind to do their job but documents a potential future issue. That way even out of warranty you have ammo for a free fix.
I would call and ask why the coolant level is below the minimum after the scheduled service.
They will have you bring it back to fill to near the max line. Then it will be documented and you can keep an eye on it from there.
Most cars consume a very slight amount of coolant over time. It varies from car to car, but even cars that don't lose hardly any will have a slight coolant smell if parked in a garage when hot. Look near the water pump when checking the coolant tank for evidence "residue" of leaking and report it if you have any.
