I have the latest update 2.2.1 and still only brings up options for the lights. All I could do was change the rear lights come on with daylight running lights and stop the front running lights turning off when I turn on the turn signal.
it looks like they may have changed some of the programming on the 2015 Q5. Please let me know when you have something.

Hmm, interesting. Have you tried to delete the app and then re-install it?
