Hmm... not sure. I just assumed it'll always show something. Does yours show "----" before it reaches 150F?

Yes , temperature is shown on the DIS only when oil reaches 65 C (150F) degrees

Thank you. Will try it next time.

EDIT: OK, you guys were correct. The oil temp display does kick in at around 140-150F or so.

Thanks!

If yes, can you share what you did?

on my phone, it indicates "enabled" for front/rear footwell lighting while driving, but it doesn't work.
Tonight I see my footwell lights lit up. Probably it too dim so I didn't notice it on until it completely dark outside. Anybody know if the module under door can be swapped with footwell to provide more light?

It works! But I'd rather not have to press the button every time... if this app could only change this setting I would buy it. Changing default volume value would also be nice...

Hey guys, just wanted to let you all know that we are now offering our own OBD adapter that's guaranteed to work with Carista! For those who were wondering what adapter to buy and how to be sure that you don't get one of those fake/defective ELM327 devices that seem to be flooding the market, this is your answer. Now shipping to the US and Canada, will be available in Europe soon as well.

Get it here: Hardware | Carista OBD2 - Vehicle Diagnostics and Customization

Anyone not getting certain selections not showing up in v2.3. I noticed for my 2013 3.0 I am not having the seatbelt chime options, gauge/needle options available.

I also noted by default all the selections for lowering my windows via remote are selected "yes" just as my "footwell lights while driving" however neither option works ? I never selected those to be "yes". ...

How do I update my Carista? Download a new version over it? or??

There's no "check for updates" hiding on a menu I'm not seeing?

Losing the chimes would be a small but pleasant improvement in the Audi world.

Which OS do you have? On Android, you just go the the PlayStore --> My Apps, and if an update is available, Carista will be listed under the "Updates" section. Then just click on it and it'll download the new version and update itself.
