Default Drop Stop

Has anyone tried drop stop which supposedly fills the gap between the seatbelt and center console?

I recently dropped my iPhone 5 in between the gap and was able to retrieve it by moving my seat all the waaaay back and stretching down to get it... A bit of a pain! I saw the following item sold on amazon, walmart, and on other sites... I wonder if anyone tried this or not or have other solutions.

Below is a link to the manufacture page:

Sorry for the duplicate posting! I do wonder if this would work on a q5?

It fills the gap so nothing will fall thru

I don't think they change the style I had it from my pervious car so I reused. It slips over the belt buckle and u stuff the excess into the gap

Thanks... Sounds like it fits fine in the Q5! I might buy a set and try it out.

Yea I like it plus it's not noticible (mines black leather)

I had dropped a few coins down before the gap filler and I gave up trying to find it

Now even my usb wire doesn't fall down into the side anymore

works well for me - also works well preventing fries and food falling into the crack (if eating is actually allowed on your q5)

purchased way back for my previous b8 a4 but works exactly the same on the q5
if you haven't read about it yet
between the seats
if anything, worth reading for your daily dose of humor

I wonder if it will work with the sports interior package? Not sure if the seats are that different from q5 premium plus stock seats?

Thanks for reminding me. I have a foot and a half of black water pipe insulation foam tubing (about $4 for six feet?) that I was going to take down to the car for the same purpose.
