The obvious question is: Do you recommend any particular pads with the new rotors and if so which and do you sell them?
How do these rotors stand up to the brake wiping feature? and to road salt and grit for those of us who live in the snowy parts of NA. Seen the video but it didn't look as if that test had temperature cycling as well as salt water.

We do not at the moment.
Brake pads are highly dependent on personal needs. You can use any pad on these rotors.
You can expect the same functionality from these rotors as OEM. The GEOMET holds up very well to salt and heat cycling. I run GEOMET slotted rotors on my personal vehicle and they have held up wonderfully through NE Ohio winters.
