Which is a lot lighter and a lot more aerodynamic than the brick called Q5.

"the other gallon" aka the Imperial Gallon. Canada used to use that as well, it could really screw up the numbers when visiting US drivers didn't know that.

Anyone know if there's an Android app that can read a Bluetooth OBDP to collect longer-term mpg numbers, quietly and all by itself?

Well, either you've got a lead foot and you're dragging the left one on the brake (and I've seen that from a man who swore he wasn't, his tail lights told a different story) or there's something really wrong with that car.

Assuming, rashly, that "city traffic" didn't mean stop-n-go for an hour at a bridge toll.

Finding a deal who can put it on a dyno, run it and watch the fuel dribbling out the leak underneath...

Yah I may bring it in, I noticed this large decrease after my 5k service, The miles estimated per tank went from average 420-430 to 330-345, , not really a lead foot, last trip was mostly left SF to mill valley, to Stinson beach to corte madera and back. Not during rush hour. I don't drive it daily to work so
It's usually only driven on weekends.
