Ha-ha-ha
great, order more pieces priced at $ 300
Of course, the only question is what you can with the same.
That this is true then the Audi cars stolen every day.

For you information Audi car from 2009 was not stolen because of the system of protection in five points and everything is connected with smart key.
It's impossible to program a smart key except the factory Audi Germany
Let us know when you buy a "Chinese original smart key"

Price in Europe is 119 Euros + inner rail section 32 Euros and 35 Euros for programming

don't want to sidetrack the thread, but you said it was impossible to find smartkeys online for audi, in general. i found a smartkey online for audi. the model and price aren't relevant. all it took was a simple google search.

Spijun,
thanks for the screenshot. I'm looking for part#4 & 6 from your diagram for a US 2009 Q5. I wanted to know if it's possible to buy a used one online and have the dealer program it to my car.

I've found a item on ebay for the both parts but my question is, if I take this remote the dealer will part#4 (fob) be able to be programmed to my car?

I understand that part#6 (key blade)has to be ordered and cut by audi.

In the US the part numbers are:
8T0 959 754G TKE (fob)
8t0 837 216A ind (Key blade)

Also, I've called 2 separate dealers in my area and both told me that the bottom part (fob) is ordered from Audi by your VIN# and coded specifically to your car.

The dealer quoted me $186/us + labor/tax (~$280total) to order and program the new key from them. The used key online is $40 but I would have to order the new key blade.

Do not waste your money.
How will program a used key????
As far as I know it will not do any Audi dealer (at least in Europe)
Part numbers 8T0 959 754G, 8T0 837 216A not only for America and the Audi Q5 but everywhere in the world, and for all models of the same platform (A4, A5, Q5)

Ok, so basically what you're saying is that I have to suck it up and spend close to $300 to get a new key/fob and get it programmed.... right?
