I can't say for sure, but a 2 year old vehicle at the end of it's current cycle, I would think a bit high. But if someone is willing to pay it, then the price is fair.

huh....It's...6 month old from a new vehicle....and I'm asking just 3k higher than what dealer will buy for it...anyway, hopefully I can sell it to a audi lover
