If she doesn't like it I guess it will become my car. I can't see that happening as the SQ5 runs circles around the old Lexus.
So jealous! Would swap my 2.0 for the SQ5 just for that extra kicks while I still can. Congrats on the purchase!

Very nice SQ5! A typical SQ5 is still a SQ5.

Very nice! My wife loves hers as well! We've had ours for exactly one year.

Granted I haven't spent much time behind the wheel but my initial observation is that the MMI & other user controls are not very intuitive or user friendly. My wife's Lexus RX was so simple and straightforward. The wheel/button approach is slow at best. I would think a touch screen might be in the next version of the SQ5. It's been my experience that German electronic technology is a few years behind the ROW. My 2014 Porsche is more friendly w/ respect to the user.

I'm sure I'll get used to it quickly but my wife was so used to the simplicity of her old Lexus that it will take her some time.

The finish, performance and ride is very nice.

Agree. My cheap Garmin is worlds easier to use than the 2016 Q5 nav system. Once you finally get it to accept an address it works fine, but clunky none the less!

I dreaded using my A5's nav. It never recognized what we were saying even though the voice tutorial was done. It turned into a game where Audi's nav would send us. We'd say "Richland, Washington" and we'd get "Montpelier, Vermont." Probably a 10% success rate.

Thankfully my SQ5's nav and voice has been 100% in 6 months. I'm shocked when it does the job. As for the MMI....well, it's backwards. Literally. I believe the redesigned A4 has controls the rest of the world can use without effort. Riding in friends' cars with touch or simple yet high tech options makes me realize how awesome my SQ5 is yet frustrating at times.
