I just purchased the maxhaust sound boost for the exhaust for my 2014 sq5 however im having a very difficult time finding where i have to plug the module into. Does anyone have any advise, tips?

yeah i contacted maxhaust and they were like it should be there on the left side of the boot under the paneling up against the floor.However there is nothing these. I opened up all the paneling in the trunk.

Does anyone know when i can find the module to plug the maxhaust into?? Am i looking in the wrong place??

Is your SQ5 TDI? or TFSI?

Good point. I recently learned that the "false sound" of the SQ5 refers only to the Euro bi-turbo model. Turns out, the TFSI sound is for real! It may be that SQ5 owners in the U.S. won't be of much help with this.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Personally, I would not like the idea of electronically generated exhaust sound. Yuk!!!!

I agree, although it probably wouldn't hurt a diesel exhaust sound...even yuckier!
