Default missing wheel jacks and tool

so here is a lame question . where is it located?

I have 2 x SQ5 (2014 and 2016) and both dont have it, or either I can't find it.? but mind it is not new purchase cars but pre-own, so previous own may have removed it.

In the trunk, under the trunk floor. Remove the plastic tray that you find there, and then open the compartment that's below that plastic tray.

Also, recommend reading the owner's manual.

Both are good pieces of advice.

Feel free to stop by the dealer, any dealer, and ask them to show you where that stuff is. It is not immediately obvious, and even if you look at the manual, the jack is stowed under what you think is the place where it is supposed to be.

Then for icing on the cake, Audi uses what looks like just half of a scissor jack, and it has to be positioned precisely under the correct spot to engage and hold the car.

The salesmen, and the service writers, pretty much know that there are three kinds of Audi owners: Those that will never soil their hands with a tire. Those who have already asked a dealer wtf the spare and all are. And those who will be stranded on the side of the road, with no idea of where to find all that stuff and dig it out.

A good salesman would have shown you that stuff during delivery, or invited you to come back for a "second delivery" session with questions like that.
