Im growing very frustrated with my.audi.com. Im trying to edit the 'name' of a destination and it simply wont work. I can use google maps and look up a destination and 'send to car' and that all works but the 'name' of the destination ends up being the actual address in myaudi. The tag I entered on google maps is in the Note section of the destination. I click on the destination and click on edit destination and make the changes and hit save... it goes away for about 5 secs (the button goes gray) and then it comes back (button white again) but nothing changes. Ive tried Chrome and IE but same results.

Any thoughts??

I opened a trouble ticket with Audi on July 24th for this specific issue. The latest update that I received today is that they have escalated this to Audi AG and are still waiting for an answer.

Confirmed. I've made changes to myAudi destinations before but now it will not save my name changes. When it's working it's very straightforward to adjust the names.
