Part number differences 8R0-821-106 vs 8R0-821-106-A

Part number differences 8R0-821-106 vs 8R0-821-106-A
Hi all,
I need a new right fender for my 2015 Q5 Prestige and I see that there are two different part numbers folding around for the same car. One is 8R0-821-106 and the other is 8R0-821-106-A. Anyone knows what the differences between them? From what I was able to dig up, is that the A stand for new revision, but what's the physical difference?
