Part Identification

Can anyone identify this part that I found under my Audi Q5 2012 today. It is a soft rubber material. It has R0 KT8 4F0 805 271 >EPOM< 6 on it.

That is a grommet that goes in the drain hole in the plenum right in front of the windshield wipers. It's easy to put back in. The PITA part is getting the plenum cover off and back on.

Very strange. The groove in the top part fits into the sheet metal around the drain hole securing it pretty well. Possible poor installation from previous repair? Maybe critters got in there and had some fun?

I had same problem

Thanks for this thread. I had the same problem this week. Mine had dropped from the left hand hole under the master cylinder. That was a PITA to put back. Had to do it from under the car!
