Anyone having issues getting into the Audi Connect website?

Yes. I called today and they said there were some issues that are being resoled. It shoulcd be fixed by Sunday or Monday. There is a new look available but you need to re register for it.

Not happy with T Mobile. I called on the 15th of the month to renew and they said it would expire on the 2nd of the next month- "that's how they do their billing" . No pro-rating even though the first week is gone. What a deal- 3 weeks for the price of 4. Obviously I didn't renew.

Mine was supposed to expire on March 16th - still hasn't expired. I'm waiting to renew to see when it actually shuts down.

I am able to login, it's a new look, and I did not have to re-register. Give it a go.

Still a no go here. I did an online chat with someone in Cust. Svc. and they said if I was registered prior to March 2014 it could be a couple of days before I'd be able to sign in without re-registering.

Did you register just recently?

That stinks, specially because of the seemingly wrong information. I registered back in October 2013, right after I brought home my new Q5.
