It comes in the prestige model. Mine has it and I never use it. The inside of the metal cup holder scratches really easy and it looks like crap.

my dealer just told me that the heated cup holder is not available in Canada. Just for US markets (;
does anyone know if this is just a S?W mod?
or
is there a specific module for the cupholder that needs to be installed and then coded?

please advise

There isn't any special software coding that I am aware of.

You can get the main parts from eBay, if you shop around.

The main harness has 4 wires. Power, Ground, back lighting and can't remember the 4th.

However, you will have to get a set of vents for your center console and cut them out ( see the pictures in the link below) ....I have the parts, just haven't had the time to tear my center console out and install them.

wainae39,

That was just one I found real quick...to show you that they are out there, if you want one.

Search the European Ebay sites. I am sure you will what your looking for sooner or later.

Go to Walmart and buy the Yeti clone stainless thermal cup. It's $10 for a 30oz and $8 for the 20oz. I bought two and they look exactly like the Yeti that my coworker has other than the logo. The cup holder doesn't get cold/hot enough to warm or cool anything. It helps maintain the temperature.
