Q5 User Manual Uploaded Here
Hi All,
Was requested to upload the user manual from the CD that came with my 2013 SQ5 TDI.
The CD has an ISO image on it (and various txt files to I guess tell the MMI the version etc be the looks of them), I mounted the ISO, this then contains the user manual in various languages as html pages.
I have zipped the English Great Britain version and made it available for download here;
https://www.dropbox.com/s/t5yh6akpdt...565.8R0.88.zip
Once downloaded and unzipped, open the inhalt.htm file (it should just open in your default internet browser) - this is the starting page. From here you can click through to the Index and see the various info available.
Also attached to this post is a pic of the sleeve with the basic instructions of how you would load the CD into the MMI HDD (note that you cannot copy the contents of the above zip to a CD and do this).
The version number suggests it was released in Nov 2012 for Q5 and Q5 Hybrid. Note I have an SQ5 TDI and took delivery in May 2013 - so there may be an update to this that others may have who have taken delivery more recently.
Enjoy!

Thanks for the explanation of how to copy
It's so easy, who mentions PDF ????
Simply copy your CD and get this structure on the computer. My size is 28.8 MB

Jose,
Great job. Certainly a first in recent history to have an electronic version of the manual in the US.
Not as nice as a searchable pdf, but we are happy you were mentioned the CD and you did the upload.
Regards,
Dennis

Converted to Searchable PDFs
For what it's worth, I went ahead and converted all of the HTML pages into PDF, and combined them into the 3 main "site" categories on the CD: Index, Onboard, and MMI.
Note that I didn't make an effort to organize them in any particular order, just put them in order of the filenames. Depending on Audi's organizational skills, this may or may not make sense.
But my intent was not to make it something you would read from start to finish, but rather offer a SEARCHABLE PDF, in which case the default order of the files doesn't impact your ability to search keywords.
