Default Screw Type and Size Tow Hitch Fascia/Cover SQ5?

My SQ5 didn't come with the (2) screws used to hold the Tow Hitch Fascia Cover on. I trimmed the panel, but can't replace it until I pick up the screws. If anyone know the size/type it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Here you go Dan. I basically cut with a Dremel and then lightly sanded. I also cut off part of the tab of the wiring harness cover so the fascia would fit.

Great thanks for the pictures.

Was planning on doing the same thing but add rubber (like weatherstripping) around the opening.

Now, not so sure.
