Default Scuba Blue

I took delivery of my 2013 Scuba Blue last week, so I figured I should get a few quick pictures posted . When I arrived at the dealer, she was sitting in the showroom waiting for me:

For 2013 in Canada, the S-Line no longer comes with 20" wheels; they're using 19" wheels with all season tires. So I decided to use those wheels for winter. What you see on the car are the 20" Hartmann RS4 replicas that I'm using for summer.

Here are a couple outdoor pictures I snapped in the parking lot at work, to get an idea what the colour looks like:

And finally, since they're predicting 5cm of snow tonight, here are the 19" S-Line wheels with my winter tires mounted:

If you think it's sitting just slightly lower than you're used to, you're not imagining it. I have STaSIS suspension

Excellent color choice. I think the Scuba Blue is going to be very popular.

I think Scuba will look really good in a 3.0T

The 20" off road design wheels are really sharp looking.

Looks as good as I would've hoped. Weather permitting, try and get a few in bright sunlight, too, to round out the collection.

Thanks for posting - This is the color I'm planning on getting my next Q5 when my lease is over on my 12'. Also good to see real life pictures of the colors.

Nice. Did you remove the S-Line badges? Please post some interior pics.

Thanks very much for the pics! Beautiful!! December seems even farther away for me now I see there is a new chrome strip on the foglight grille, I like it. Did you get the new S line rear spoiler?

Lovely colour, very close to my Mugello Blue. Congrats. I prefer the 19s.
Hartmann make a great replica with plenty of them appearing on Q7s which is probably why they look a bit dated to me... or maybe I should say Classic.
Either way I could just sit and stare at your car all day, its really tight. Today envy is Blue

Can you please post a shot of the back of your Q5 and one in sunshine? Or both in one shot, I guess!? Thank You.

Unfortunately, that's kinda what passes for sunshine these days; it's been rather dreary lately. I did get a hobbyist photographer friend to take a few pictures the other day, but I haven't actually seen the resulting photos yet. Once he gets a chance to process them, I'll certainly post some more.

In the meantime, here's a shot of the rear taken at the same time as the others:

And a picture I snapped that shows the rear parking lights lit up:

Yes, it's debadged all the way around .

I haven't really taken anything of the interior; is there anything in particular you're looking for? OmegaQ5 did a fantastic job of pictures over in his Volcano Red thread, and I think he has exactly the same interior options I do.

The long wait is painful, but well worth it, I assure you! I put down my deposit on this car back back in spring.

Good eye! Here's a closeup of that area. You'll also notice that the parking sensors have moved for 2013; they're down here and in the licence plate bar, instead of on the painted area.

Er... I'm not sure. I haven't looked closely at other Q5s to see if my spoiler is any different.

Looking for pictures of the Chestnut S-Line interior. Hoping you had it, but it wouldn't go well with Scuba.

I don't think the S-Line rear spoiler comes on Canadian-spec vehicles for whatever reason.
