Which ship?
#21
My dealer emailed me last night that my Q5 was built and boarded. He didn't know the name of the ship but said it would arrive in Brunswick around Nov 5. A quick check at:
The PWL Group
shows "Eternal Ace" arriving about that time. Looks like it will be 11 weeks order to pickup.

So the Onyx Ace arrived a day early on the 23rd, my vehicle was loaded on a truck yesterday and is supposed to be beginning its trek up to Denver. I would assume the rest of them got the same treatment and are one their way to the dealers.

With no port installation it seems like normally vehicles get release in a day or so. I'm sure that it takes varying time based on what options they're putting on (tow hitch is probably the most involved, I'd imagine, though those rubber mats are pretty complicated, too.... ), but should be within a few days normally.
Hopefully it clears whatever hurdle soon and starts coming your way -- if it's not already. I know at least from what my dealer was saying, they don't really have much of any tracking between hitting port and showing up at the dealer. There's a status in Audi's tracking that should denote being released from port, but I'm sure occasionally it might get missed or be slow to propagate or whatever. So hopefully it's not long.
