Single knock at 7mph moving from a stop

Either I'm deaf or my 2014 Q5 is defective, I don't get any noises like that.
And too many early miles in an early Mustang taught me to be very aware of odd noises the car might be making.

Maybe it's a normal function that's only audible in some cases, and not worth messing with in the others.
If you guys who can't hear it get a chance, with the windows up try slowly rolling from a stop through 7-8 miles per hour(the digital speedo display helps to read the precise moment to listen.) It's subtle but if you don't hear it then, then it's not there.

Hi All,
It is normal, my Q5 and A5 make the same sound upon slow acceleration from a stop. I had it compared to brand new Q5, A4 S-line, etc... As it was also explained to me by Audi tech and shop foreman, it is normal on quattro vehicles.
As long the sound is not reproducible over small bumps (very low speeds) or uneven roads, the you won't have to worry about bump stops, strut assemblies. Bring it in to your dealership and have them tell you about it, the more people address these concerns then we hope Audi thinks about a solution.
I am very noise sensitive as well, it is annoying at times but I often perform spirit driving... learned to loved my Audis.

It was the passanger seat in my car. There was a slight tick, like a relay kicking in on light launch. I pulled the seat trim off and sprayed silicone lube on the rails and seat frame, gone. Oh, someone had to be in the passanger seat.

The sound was deemed normal. During 5000 mile service a tech compared my car with one known to be operating correctly and heard the same noise. The tech also noted that the noise could be heard in reverse which I never thought to check. Thank you all for your responses.
